PURPOSE: A method for screening cell cycle regulator inhibitor using Caenorhabditis elegans and liquid medium is provided to confirm the number of nucleus of mutant and easily screen the inhibitor.;CONSTITUTION: A method for screening cell cycle regulator inhibitor comprises: a step of treating a mutant of the Caenorhabditis elegans which CDC-25 is overexpressed with test material; and a step of confirming the number of intestines nucleus number of the Caenorhabditis elegans mutant. The mutant of the Caenorhabditis elegans which overexrpesses the CDC-25 is rr31 mutant of Caenorhabditis elegans.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
