The present invention relates to transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans containing fused DNA in which mitochondria protein gene and fluorescent protein are connected, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for screening immunity-regulating factors in mitochondria using the transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans. According to the present invention, screening for not only animal models for research on mitochondria-related diseases but gene or drugs regulating mitochondria-related diseases can be rapidly and easily performed, thereby contributing to developing new medicines.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
