PURPOSE: A gene sequence which regulates dehydrogenase function of Arabidopsis thaliana-derived Angustifolia(AN) gene and an uORF gene sequence which is related to transcription regulation are provided to regulate growth and development of plant.;CONSTITUTION: A sequence of regulating dehydrogenase activation of Angustifolia(AN) gene product and isomorphism gene product has amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1. In catalytic triad relating to dehydrogenase of AN gene product, 260th amino acid is serine, 287th is glutamine, and 307th is arginine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
