A SUPPLEMENTAY COMPOSITION OF ANTIOXIDATIVE HEALTH-CARE FOOD CONTAINING AGED GARLIC RED GINSENG, AND BLUBERRY EXTRACTS

摘要

PURPOSE: A dietary supplement composition is provided to obtain the antioxidizing effect by using a mixture extract of black garlic, red insam (ginseng) and blueberry. CONSTITUTION: A dietary supplement composition comprises a mixture extract which is obtained by drying black garlic, red insam and blueberry, respectively, mixing the dried ones, and extracting the obtained mixture with distilled water. The mixture extract is obtained by adding 1~10 wt% of the red insam dried powder to the black garlic dried powder and extracting it.
