APPARATUS FOR LEADING HOOK OF EXTRACTOR AND TRANSFER CAR INTO DOOR OF COKING CHAMBER IN COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: A door entry guide apparatus of a coking chamber door withdrawer is provided to implement precise and smooth withdrawal of a coking chamber door by aligning the center of a withdrawer hook with a hook stopper of the coking chamber door. CONSTITUTION: A door entry guide apparatus of a coking chamber door withdrawer comprises an apparatus body(10) which is connected to the withdrawer, and a guide unit(30) which is installed on the apparatus body to guide entry and exit of the withdrawer to a door(120). The withdrawer comprises a door drawing hook(142) which is hung on a hook stopper(124) of the door. The door drawing hook is provided on an extruder and a transfer car of the coke oven, and enters into a frame(120a) of the door when the withdrawer enters the door. The guide unit includes a movable block(32) which is assembled on the apparatus body, and a guide roll(34) which is provided on the movable block and contacts the door frame to guide entry of the hood to the door.
