PURPOSE: A hidden refresh driver circuit and driving method for reducing the drive delay of normal operation by hidden refresh, and a pseudo SRAM(Static Random Access Memory) comprising the same are provided to determine the refresh drive timing in response to the inactivation of an active control signal, thereby increasing an interval between the refresh drive timing and the normal operation drive timing.;CONSTITUTION: A hidden refresh driver circuit comprises a refresh instruction block(100) and a refresh drive block(200). The refresh instruction block generates first and second refresh instruction signals showing a hidden refresh instruction. The refresh instruction block comprises a basic cycle generation unit(110) and a cycle extension unit(160). The basic cycle generation unit generates a basis refresh cycle signal having the refresh cycle of a memory array. The cycle extension unit generates the first and second refresh instruction signals by expanding double the cycle of the basis refresh cycle signal. The refresh drive block generates a refresh drive signal by receiving the first and second refresh instruction signals and an active control signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
