PURPOSE: A hidden refresh driver circuit of a pseudo SRAM performing stand refresh while reducing the drive delay of normal operation by hidden refresh is provided to reduce greatly the delay of drive timing of normal operation by reference operation, thereby improving greatly the operation rate of the pseudo SRAM(Static Random Access Memory).;CONSTITUTION: A refresh instruction block(100) generates first and second refresh instruction signals showing a hidden refresh instruction. The refresh instruction block comprises a basic cycle generation unit(110) and a cycle extension unit(160). A refresh drive block(200) receives first and second refresh instruction signals, an active control signal, and a standby refresh signal. The refresh drive block generates a refresh drive signal. The refresh drive signal is activated in response to the disable state of the active control signal. The standby refresh signal supplied from a standby confirmation block(300) is created into pulse in response to the transition of a basis refresh cycle signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
