摘要

PURPOSE: A pixel and an organic electroluminescent display device using the same are provided to display an image with the uniform brightness by compensating for a voltage drop of a first power and a threshold voltage of a driving transistor.;CONSTITUTION: A second transistor(M2) is connected between the first power source and an organic light emitting diode. A second transistor controls the current supplied to the organic light emitting diode from the first power. A third transistor(M3) is connected between the first electrode of the second transistor and the first power. The third transistor is turned off when a light emitting control signal is supplied to a light emitting control line. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between a gate electrode of the second transistor and the first electrode. A second capacitor(C2) is connected between the first electrode of the second transistor and the first power.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
