PURPOSE: A prefabricated ondol mat is provided to maximize a thermal efficiency and promote fatigue recovery and metabolism of the human body by emitting far infrared rays.;CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated ondol mat using volcanic rock panel includes a heating element(10) and a volcanic rock panel(20) having a plurality of pores on the upper side thereof. The heating element consists of band-like active carbon fiber heating elements(12) arranged at regular intervals between mica sheets(11,15), plate-like conductors(13) installed at both ends of the carbon fiber heating elements to apply electric power to the active carbon fiber heating element, and a power line fixed to the conductors.
