PURPOSE: A multifunctional heater using a carbon fiber heating member is provided to be used as a microwave or used to roast meat by being selectively combined with an upper cover.;CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional heater using a carbon fiber heating member comprises a body portion(10), a carbon fiber heating element(20), a reflecting plate(30), an oil collecting plate(40), a safety plate(50), and a cover(60). The body portion produces the heating source using common electricity. The oil collecting plate is detachably attached to the circumference of the body portion. The carbon fiber heating elements generates heat using the heat source from the body portion in order to emit heat and far infrared rays. The reflecting plate reflects the heat and far infrared rays to the object upstream located. The oil collecting plate has a gasoline inductive groove of doughnut type. The oil collecting plate constitutes the oil exhaust hole along the gasoline inductive groove. The gasoline of the oil collecting plate is dropped to an oil pan(11). The safety plate is made of a thermal conductance low expansion material which blocks to transfer the external impact to the carbon fiber heating element.
