PURPOSE: A roof side unit supporting structure of a vehicle is provided to protect a head and an upper body of a passenger in a collision or overturn of a vehicle by connecting a reinforcing member to upper and lower connection portions of a side inner panel and a side outer panel.;CONSTITUTION: A roof side unit supporting structure of a vehicle is composed of a side inner pane(40), a side outer panel(10), a reinforcing member(30), and a roof panel(20). Upper and lower parts of a side inner panel and a side outer panel are connected by welding and form the closed section. The reinforcing member is formed inside the side inner panel and the side outer panel. The reinforcing member is connected to the upper and lower connecting portions of the side inner panel and the side outer panel. The reinforcing member is composed of a first reinforcement(32), a second reinforcement(34), a third reinforcement(36) and a fourth reinforcement(38). One end of the second reinforcement is connected to the first reinforcement by welding. The other end of the second reinforcement connects and supports the side inner panel.
