PURPOSE: A vehicle roof supporting structure is provided to produce a vehicle without changing a vehicle body assembling space of a plant and a line structure according to the kind of a vehicle by using a front roof rail upper for both a panorama sunroof and a general sunroof.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle roof supporting structure comprises a front roof rail(10). The front roof rail is composed of a front roof rail upper(14), a front roof rail lower(12) and a reinforcing member(16). The front roof rail reinforces the strength by supporting a panorama sunroof(22) or a general sunroof in the lower part. The halfway of the front roof rail upper is bent. The bent height difference of the front roof rail upper is the same as a gap between the roof panel and the reinforcing member.
