PURPOSE: An RFID tag antenna attached to a military uniform is provided to implement easy attachment to a predetermined position of the military uniform by miniaturizing a monopole into a shape folded at the upper end of a stub.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) has a predetermined permittivity. The substrate performs a grounding function. A patch is placed on a grounding surface of the substrate. A monopole(210) of the patch includes an RFID(Radio Frequency ID) chip.
