core / shell morphology of the nano- silica containing a tire tread rubber composition

PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition containing core/shell nano silica is provided to enhance combining force of rubber and nano silica and reduce wearness. CONSTITUTION: A tire tread rubber composition contains 5-80 weight parts of core/shell nano silica. The core/shell nano silica has a hole (30) to vertical direction from shell (20) surface. A method for producing the core/shell nano silica with the hole comprises: a step of preparing the core/shell nano silica and a step of heating the core/shell nano silica at more than 500C and removing surfactant.
