GENE SELECTION ALGORITHM USING PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: a kind of Gene Selection about minimizes unnecessary noise data using principal component analysis, for analyzing the accuracy for being configured for improving efficiency and classification of the gene. ;CONSTITUTION: object N is located at the spaces P-dimension. Object N is by two classifications. Focal plane is present in SVM (support vector machine). Focal plane H is selected. In selection focal plane, surplus capacity M is maximum, the focal planes the distance between surplus M and two focal planes. It is not required the existence of in the two stringent classes of the classification of focal plane, focal plane is selected.
