PURPOSE: A photovoltaic cell with a Ti-grid/tio2 nano powder is provided to obtain high conversion efficiency while low costs by replacing FTO(Fluoride doped Tin Oxide, Sn(F)O2) with a titanium thin film. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is comprised of a titanium thin film (Ti-Grid) structure and an n-type semiconductor layer(40) of the titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano powder. The first electrode is near to the one-side of transparent glass substrates. A dye(30) is deposited into an n-type semiconductor layer. The titanium thin film structure has a plurality of pores while being contacted to the n-type semiconductor layer. The second electrode comprises a catalyst layer(210) which is faced with a first electrode and is deposited through platinum. The electrolyte layer(400) is filled between two electrodes.
