CHAFF BURNER FOR DRYING GRAIN TO SAVE THE MANUFACTURING COST

PURPOSE: A chaff burner for drying grain is provided to minimize the manufacturing cost by simplifying a chaff burner structure, and prevent malfunction.;CONSTITUTION: A chaff burner for drying grain comprises a chaff supply unit(300), veins(360), an incineration unit(400), and a ventilation holes. The chaff supply unit is formed in a horizontal cylindrical shape, and forms a partition wall on the bottom of a hopper(100). The veins are installed in a rotor(350) installed in a rotation shaft(340) inside of the chaff supply unit. The incineration unit is composed of a steep inclined sliding plate, an inclined incineration plate, and a floor surface of a combustion chamber(200). The ventilation holes are drilled at equal intervals on the inclined incineration plate. Air from an air blower is supplied to the ventilation holes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
