PURPOSE: A device and a method for sharing auxiliary data of A-GPS terminal in a GPS terminal are provided to obtain position information by receiving auxiliary data from the A-GPS terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A controller(200) controls an overall operation of a GPS terminal. A GPS position information obtaining unit(210) obtains the GPS satellite information from the GPS artificial satellite. An auxiliary data obtaining unit(220) receives the auxiliary data from the A-GPS terminal. A position determining unit(230) determines the position using the GPS position information and the auxiliary data. A storage unit(240) stores a program and various information. An input unit(250) includes a plurality of function keys. The input unit supplies the data corresponding to the pushed key to the controller.
