PURPOSE: An injection molding mold apparatus having a screw undercut device is provided to revise the molding defect by removing a screw shape core by the lead screw structure.;CONSTITUTION: An injection molding mold apparatus comprises a screw undercut device(70). The screw undercut device is composed of a core rod(71), a shaping core(72), a screw core(73), a rotation device, and a linearly moving device. The core rod enters into a cavity(50) of molds(30,40) to form the injection molding product. The shaping core is mounted on the core rod to form the injection molding product. The screw core has threads. The rotation device separates the screw core from the cavity by rotating the core rod.
