PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing lipochroman-6 and Aframomum angustifolium extract is provide to prevent or delay skin aging such as reduction of skin elasticity and improve face color.;CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for topical application contains complex of 0.001-5 weight% lipochroman-6 and 0.0001%~0.05 weight% of Aframomum angustifolium extract. The Aframomum angustifolium extract is obtained from seed of Aframomum angustifolium using polar solvent, polar solvent mixture, alcoholic or aqueous-alcoholic solvent. The alcoholic or aqueous-alcoholic extract is filtered on decolorant phase such as charcoal and charcoal is removed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
