PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing magnesium-vanadium oxide nanoparticles is provided to prepare magnesium vanadium complex oxide nano particles without the manufacture of magnesium oxide or vanadium oxide.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing magnesium-vanadium oxide nanoparticles comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed solution of magnesium salt/vanadate mixture; dipping the mixed solution in an organic polymer having nano-size air gap; and heating the organic polymer dipped in the mixed solution until an organic polymer is calcined.
