The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a titanium dioxide nanoparticle dispersed solution, the titanium dioxide nanoparticle dispersed solution manufactured by the same, and a method for manufacturing a titanium dioxide thin film using the same, wherein the method for manufacturing a titanium dioxide nanoparticle dispersed solution comprises: a step of preparing a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution which is stirring 34 to 36 mass% of the hydrochloric acid aqueous solution; a mixed solution forming step of dropwise mixing a titanium tetra-alkoxide precursor in the hydrochloric acid aqueous solution; a first aging step of the mixed solution; and a second aging step of the mixed solution after the first aging is completed. Through this invention a particle size of the titanium dioxide nanoparticle can be minimized without addition of a separate additive, and since titanium dioxide nanoparticles do not aggregate with each other, it has a high level of contribution to environmental aspect, thereby being able to be widely used in various fields.
