PURPOSE: A method for analyzing Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus through Real-Time PCR is provided to shorten analysis time and improve accuracy.;CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus through Real-Time PCR comprises: a step of analyzing sequence of 5s rRNA of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus using a database; a step of culturing the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus; a step of extracting DNA from the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus; a step of analyzing a sequence; a step of designing a primer/probe; and a step of confirming specific and sensitivity through Real-Time PCR.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
