PURPOSE: An anti-rolling device and a floating marine structure with the same are provided to effectively reduce the rolling of the floating marine structure.;CONSTITUTION: A seawater receiving part(105) is located beneath of the bottom of a floating marine structure. An exterior part surrounds the seawater receiving part, and has a perforated part so that the seawater can flow in and out of the seawater receiving part.
