PURPOSE: A roller hemming device is provided to uniformly hem the flange of an outer panel around an inner panel by maintaining constant pressure on a hemming roller.;CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming device(1) comprises a pressing unit(10) and a heating unit(40). The top of the pressing unit is connected to the tip of a robot arm(3), and provides constant pressure to a hemming roller unit(30) fitted on one side of the lower part thereof. The heating unit is pivotally installed on another side of the lower part of the pressing unit and preheats a flange before hemmed by the hemming roller unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
