PURPOSE: A bumper stay structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent impact force from being transmitted to a side member by absorbing impact force transferred to a bumper back beam in a low speed and a high speed collision.;CONSTITUTION: A bumper stay structure for a vehicle comprises a buffer member(200) and a support member(300). The buffer member is fixed on the front end of a side member(2) through a plate(100). A press-fitting portion is formed on the inner circumference of the buffer member. The leading end of the support member is coupled with a bumper back-beam(1).
