PURPOSE: A multilayer film, a method of fabricating the same, a light source assembly including the multilayer film and liquid crystal display including the same are provided to improve optical transmittance by laminating more than two coating layers without an adhesive layer.;CONSTITUTION: A first pre-cured coating layer is formed in one side of a base layer containing a primer containing material. A second pre-cured coating layer] is formed in the same side of the base layer without the primer containing material (S11). The surface of the first coating layer is contacted with the surface of the second coating layer (S12). The first coating layer and the second coating layer are hardened (S13).
