PURPOSE: A beverage cooling apparatus is provided to improve the cooling efficiency and performance through uniform temperature distribution of cooling water in a cooling tank.;CONSTITUTION: A beverage cooling apparatus comprises a cooling tank(20) storing cooling water, a coolant pipe(50), a beverage circulating pipe(60), a cover(30) attached to the top of the cooling tank and equipped with an impeller, and a water flow guide plate(200) installed in the bottom of the cooling tank to raise the cooling water descending by the operation of the impeller. A dome-shaped central guide part(210) is formed in the center of the water flow guide plate, a plurality of spiral guide parts(220) are formed on the outer side of the central guide part, and a plurality of outer guide parts are formed on the outer side of the spiral guide parts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
