PURPOSE: A method and kit for determining Korean beef(Hanwoo) is provided to quickly and accurately analyze plural allele gene. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining Korean beef(Hanwoo) comprises: a step of collecting nucleic acid sample to analyze; a step of amplifying the nucleic acid sample using a specific primer by PCR; a method for detecting allele gene through electrophoresis; and a step of determining genotype by applying allelic ladder. The nucleic acid sample is blood or hair root of a Hanwoo.
