PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy panel with high formability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to evenly distribute a minute dispersed phase and manufacture alloy plate material including high secondary phase fraction.;CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy panel with high formability consists of Zn 1~10 weight%, Y 0.2~5 weight%, and impurity and magnesium.
