PURPOSE: A separating device and a separating method are provided to improve productivity of the device by processing the separated electronic body and a substrate at the same.;CONSTITUTION: A separating device includes a platform(1), a transfer unit(21), a melt unit(22), a cleaning unit(24), and a first separation plate(25). The transfer unit is arranged on the platform and transfers the electronic body and the substrate. The melt unit is arranged in on the platform and sprays a solvent to the electronic body and the substrate. The cleaning unit is arranged on the platform and cleans the electronic body. The first separation plate is arranged between the melt unit and the cleaning unit. The first separation plate includes a first slot(251).
