PURPOSE: A method for initializing consumable goods depending on the change of the consumable goods, an image forming device which performs the same, and a system thereof are provided to check the exact use amount of the consumable goods by initializing the consumable goods by an execution file.;CONSTITUTION: Identification information of consumable goods is transmitted to a management server(100). The management server decides the initialization of the consumable goods through an image forming device and the identification information of the consumable goods(110). If the initialization of the consumable goods is not performed, the management server transmits an execution file for the initialization of the consumable goods to the image forming device(120,130).
