NEW ISOFLAVONOIDS OF CORDYCEPS MILITARIS GROWN IN THE GERMINATED SOYBEAN AND EXTRACTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A novel natural product isolated from Cordyceps militaris grown in the germinated soybean is provided to use in developing drugs using a functional physically active material. CONSTITUTION: A novel isoflavone-based compound isolated from Cordyceps militaris grown in the germinated soybean is an isoflavone-based compound of chemical formula 1-4. A method for isolating the novel isoflavone-based compound from the Cordyceps militaris grown in the germinated soybean comprises: a first step of extracting Cordyceps militaris grown in the germinated soybean with 80% of low methanol; a second step of shaking the extract with ethylacetate and collecting ethylacetate soluble part; a third step of performing gel filtration chromatography to obtain active fraction; a fourth step of decompressing the active fraction; and a fifth step of performing high performance liquid chromatography to obtain pure compound.
