PURPOSE: In the real-time symptom determination according to the state transition of the operating vehicle and vehicles control information transceiving system and method thereof under the vehicles dedicated computer and wireless communications network carried vehicles, symptom is detected. The safety accident according to the vehicles defect occurrence is prevented in beforehand.;CONSTITUTION: The vehicles dedicated computer is registered in the control server system(130). The information collecting part(300) periodically collects the information toward the state of the vehicles from the ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(110). The symptom whether or not is adjudged by analyzing the state transition of the collected information as described above through the or more detection station(500). The vehicles symptom output unit informs the abnormal state information to operator.
