NANOLIPOSOME COATED WITH CHITOIC ACID CONTAINING AN PHYTOSTEROL WITH AN IMPROVED WATER-SOLUBLE PROPERTY AND DISPERSIBILITY, AND A PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nanoliposome coated with chitoic acid containing phytosterols, and a producing method thereof are provided to maximize the reduction of cholesterol using the phytosterols and to apply the nanoliposome to an active component of a drug.;CONSTITUTION: A nanoliposome coated with chitoic acid contains phytosterols. The phytosterols includes 30~90 parts of phospholipid by weight, 10~70 parts of cholesterol by weight, 5~90 parts of phytosterols by weight, and 0.2~5 parts of chitoic acid by weight. The phytosterol is selected from the group consisting of sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, brassicasterol, desmosterol, clionasterol, or a mixture of the group. A producing method of the nanoliposome comprises the following steps: dissolving the phytosterols, the phospholipid, and the cholesterol in a solvent; mixing the mixture with an aqueous solution and removing the organic solvent to form a liposome; and coating the liposome with the chitoic acid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
