PURPOSE: An elevating type card dispenser issuing method is provided to prevent wrong alignment phenomenon according to a realignment process of card after issuing card. CONSTITUTION: If a card proves to be defective(S910), the operation of a second motor is reactivated. Until a third card recognizing sensor does not sense the card, the card is carried toward a card issuing(S913, S914). If the card proves to be good(S912), a third feeding roller completely discharges the card to outside. If a fifth card recognition sensor does not recognize the card, a series of card issuing process is completed(S916).
