PURPOSE: An active access monitoring for safer computing environments and systems is provided to provide a capability which is applied to change in a flexible and customized security environment to a final user and an administrator.;CONSTITUTION: After the permission of an access permission about at least one of the component which can be accessed, whether at least one of an access-disallowance condition for disallowing an access of the component satisfies or not is determined(260). If the access-disallowance is not satisfied, the access about the component which can be accessed is disallowed.
