PURPOSE: A novel bacteria Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain having excellent function of removing nitrate is provided to produce denitrification enzyme and to improve uneven agricultural environment.;CONSTITUTION: A novel bacteria Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain KACC91389P having denitrification ability is oligotrophic bacteria isolated from "Yong swamp" soil which is near DMZ. The Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain KACC91389P is an oligotrophic bacteria forming glutinous colony I R2A solid madia. The optimal growth temperature is 28°C. The Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain KACC91389P is used for denitrification of soil or water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
