PURPOSE: A construction method for a continuous bridge using a PSC girder and a steel plate girder is provided to complement the weakness of a PSC girder, and to elastically support the extended length of a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a continuous bridge using a PSC girder and a steel plate girder is as follows. PSC girders(100) are installed in an abutment in an overhanging beam shape. PSC girders are installed in both sides of a pier. Steel connection units are formed in the end of the PSC girder in the pier. Tendons are anchored in the steel connection units. Steel plate girders are formed between the steel connection units of the PSC girder in the pier.
