PURPOSE: A multi-functional dumbbell is provided, which can develop the various muscles of the upper limbs because a user can exercise variously according to the method of the grip and use.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional dumbbell includes: a holder(2) in a disk-shape in which a plurality of gripping grooves(1) are formed and which becomes uneven along the straight line portion, and is composed of the straight line portion and curved portion; a heavy body(4) in a disk-shape which is connected by connecting members(3) which are formed respectively at a constant distance in the central part.
