PURPOSE: An apparatus for timing-clock synchronization between receiving signal and transmitting signal is provided to improve the accuracy of the timing-clock synchronization by reducing a complexity.;CONSTITUTION: A local oscillation unit(100) oscillates a constant frequency. An analog-digital conversion unit(110) samples receiving signal based on the frequency of the local oscillation unit. A timing recovery unit(120) recovers a timing-clock using the sampling data of the analog-digital conversion unit. A timing-clock synchronization unit(140) synchronizes a timing-clock based on timing information and recovered timing recovery signal. A digital-analog conversion unit(150) converts digital signal to analog signal of the timing-clock synchronization unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
