PREPARING METHOD OF CACTUS POWDER, FUCTIONAL FOOD USING THE SAME CACTUS POWDER AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A preparing method of cactus powder, functional food using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer beneficial effects and preference of the food with the cactus powder manufactured by freeze-drying a cactus. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of cactus powder includes the following steps: cutting and washing a cactus selected from Opuntia ficus-indica P. Miller, Opuntia spec., or Echinocactus grusonii; freeze-drying the cactus for 100 ~ 140 hours at a temperature of -50~-70C; gaining cactus extract by adding a solvent in the freeze-dried cactus; and gaining the cactus powder by drying the cactus extract.
