PURPOSE: A mobile communications system and a call setting method thereof are provided to store subscriber information of an unavailable subscriber and an available subscriber of display text service in a VLR(Visitor Location Register) after classifying the subscriber information.;CONSTITUTION: A VLR(100) stores subscriber registration information and display text. A receiving-side mobile switching center(80) receives a call request signal from a mobile communication switching center. The receiving-side mobile switching center requests subscriber information to the VLR.
