PURPOSE: A device for preventing water hammering and pressure declining occurred in a cooling water system when a lubricating oil pump is stopped is provided to stably operate a cooling water system by preventing water hammering. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing water hammering and pressure declining occurred in a cooling water system when a lubricating oil pump is stopped comprises an accumulation chamber(30). The accumulation chamber is installed between lubricating oil pumps(10) and a lubricating oil cooler(20) and stores a part of lubricating oil supplied to the lubricating oil cooler.
