PURPOSE: A producing method of a dielectric ceramic material is provided to produce dielectric ceramic material with the proper thickness reduction of a dielectric layer, the small diameter, and the high crystallizing property.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dielectric ceramic material by the solid phase reaction of titanium dioxide and an alkali earth metal compound comprises the following steps: dispersing titanium dioxide powder and alkali earth metal compound powder; and plasticizing the powder mixture. At the temperature increase process of the plasticizing step, the temperature where the weight of the powder mixture decreases is under 580 deg C. The specific surface area of the mixture powder is over 40 square meters per gram.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
