PURPOSE: A producing method of a dielectric ceramic material is provided to produce dielectric ceramic material with the proper thickness reduction of a dielectric layer, the small diameter, and the high crystallizing property.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dielectric ceramic material by the solid phase reaction of titanium dioxide and an alkali earth metal compound comprises the following steps: dispersing titanium dioxide powder and alkali earth metal compound powder; and plasticizing the powder mixture. At the temperature increase process of the plasticizing step, the temperature where the weight of the powder mixture decreases is under 580 deg C.
