ADDITIVE FOR FEED USING DISTILLER'S DRIED GRAIN PRODUCED FROM JINDO-HONGJU AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND METHOD FOR BREEDING CATTLE

PURPOSE: A feed additive using distillers dried grain of Jindo-Hongju, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cattle breeding method using same are provided to effectively supply nutrient supplying without degradation of quality while increasing usability of distillers dried grains. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a feed additive using distillers dried grain of Jindo-Hongju includes the following steps: making a solid medium; mixing the distillers dried grain of Jindo-Hongju after sterilization of the solid medium; separating strain from the distillers dried grain of Jindo-Hongju; gaining strain by cultivating spawn; and acquiring fermented acquisitions by inoculating the spawn in the solid medium and the distillers dried grain of Jindo-Hongju. The strain is Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Lactobacillus plantarum.
