PURPOSE: An insert-welding apparatus of an electronic lighter is provided to increase productivity by automatically performing a fuel tank assembling process.;CONSTITUTION: An insert-welding apparatus of an electronic lighter comprises a conveyor(900), a fuel container installing device, an upper and a lower insert injectors, an upper and a lower insert welders(300,600), a first container reverser(400), and a controller. The conveyor successively transfers fuel vessels to a working position. The fuel container installing device loads fuel vessels in a carrier of the conveyor. The top insert injector inserts top inserts into an insertion hole of the fuel vessel. The top insert welder welds the contacting area of the fuel vessel and the top insert with ultrasonic wave. The lower part insert injector inserts lower part inserts into the lower inlet hole of the fuel vessel.
