PURPOSE: An elastic device for an anti-skid pad is provided to minimize the damage of a pad by decreasing the interference part with the ground by minimizing the gap between a tire and the pad in driving a vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: An elastic device for an anti-skid pad comprises a section, penetration holes, and an elastic-body assembly terminal part(92a). The section includes a cutting plane(111) formed by cutting a tire in a radius direction. The section comprises a circumference-direction cutting plane formed by removing to a part of a bead part or a part or a side part. The penetration holes are formed on four points of the side part along the cutting plane at regular intervals in regular sizes. The penetration hole is fixed to the outer side of the side part of the section by a flange nut and a bolt. The elastic-body assembly terminal part is inserted into the elastic-body support groove formed on a tension bar base.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
