PURPOSE: A reel apparatus and a film loading device using the same are provided to minimize a pause interval by continuously supplying wound films to the other supply reel.;CONSTITUTION: A reel apparatus comprises a supply reel(210), a winding reel(230), and a driving unit. A film is wound around the supply reel. The winding reel is arranged in the supply reel, and a protective film separated from the film is wound around the winding reel. The driving unit powers the supply reel and the winding reel. The protective film is transferred from the supply reel to the winding reel.
