PURPOSE: A CNC(computer numerical control) machine tool with a vision system is provided to minimize machining error and process failure because an operator checks the arrangement of workpieces and the problem of process in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A CNC machine tool with a vision system comprises a base, a vertical frame, multiple tables, multiple worktables(410), a head unit, a main controller, and a vision system. The vertical frame is vertically connected to the base. The tables are installed on the upper side of the base. A workpiece(420) is mounted on the worktable. The head unit comprises multiple spindles and a machining tool. The main controller controls the head unit, the table, and the worktable. Multiple camera parts of the vision system are vertically installed in a Z-axis supporter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
